Daniel Sala
Head instructor and owner of Real Thing Jiu Jitsu. He began training in 2007 at Renzo Gracie PA under Rich Latta. He joined the US Navy in 2009 and served for six years as a Navy Diver. During this time he trained while stationed in Guam and San Diego, across the United States, and Australia. He returned home in 2016 and began training under Rob Scheier at Precision Jiu Jitsu in King of Prussia and has been there since. He won the “2020 Brown Belt Submission of the Year” for the Fight 2 Win promotion with the cowboy choke. He was promoted to black belt on June 4th, 2022.
